What is Wellness Coaching?
Coaching is the ability to create an environment, through conversation a a way of being, that encourages the process by which is person can strive towards desired goals in a fulfilling manner. When those goals have to do with health, fitness, and wellness, coaching becomes the vehile for assisting people to achieve a higher level of both physical and mental well-being.

1 90-minute session
Your coach will take you through creating a vision statement and identify the steps necessary to discover your best self. Prior to your session you will complete a Wellness Assessment. After reviewing your wellness assessment the goal setting process begins. By the end of this session you will have a roadmap to where you want to be and the steppings stones you want to take to get there.

1 60-minute session
A single coaching session is for the individual that has already created their wellness vision and is looking for assistance in working on short term goals. These sessions will allow a coach to guide and support you in developing a plan and will provide small successes to build confidence while working towards your long-term goals.
3 Month Coaching
Members $699/ Non-members $839
12 60-minute sessions
This is the package that offers the highest rate of success. You will work towards your long-term vision by developing short term goals and confidence in the process. With weekly sessions your coach will hold you accountable and keep you on track towards reaching your goals.
