This interval workout will get your heart pumping and leave your muscles aching for more! Utilizing water resistance, using equipment and powerful movements for a great cardio workout, this class will build muscle, burn calories and give you energy.

Aqua GO
Thursday 9am

Start your morning on the go! This class will get your heart rate up and keep it up. Participants may do the workout in shallow or deep water. Other portions of the workout will include core work, upper and lower body conditioning.

Tabata & Tubes
Tuesday 9am

This HIIT is for runners, triathletes, injured athletes, athletes, and anyone wanting a tough workout training with bicycle inner tubes! Participants will be doing running, running like activities, and core work. You do not need to know how to swim and you will be able to choose whether you would like to work out in shallow or deep water.

Hip H2O
Friday 9am
The water is the perfect environment to develop basic strength, muscle endurance, and work on developing problem areas. The buoyancy of the water will allow you to move freely and minimize the impact on your joints. There will be a focus on hip mobility and strength teaching you stretches and exercises to be successful in and out of the water.
Wednesday 9am & Thursday 5:15pm

Get those arms and legs moving with a movement based aquatics class. Participants will use noodles, weights, kick boards and other tools to work muscle endurance, strength and flexibility. The exercises will vary each week looking to provide a fun but challenging fitness class all in the water.

Tubing with Ashley 
Thursday 9am

Come and join us for a class of fun. The tubes introduce a movement pattern different from your typical aqua class. By pushing, pulling, and running with the resistance of the tubes you will get a well rounded cardio and strength workout.

In this class you will perform non-traditional ab exercises mixed with Tabatta style and/or bursts of high intensity intervals (approximately 20 seconds) to keep the heart pumping for the full 45 minutes.

Tuesday 9am

This class works on isolating sides to focus on balancing as well as exercises that mimic actual life movements using weights and body weight to maintain and/or increase muscle mass.

Mat Pilates

This is a challenging 45-minute full body workout designed to strengthen the large group of muscles in the center of the body using every-day movements.

A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance and core stability simultaneously. Participants leverage gravity and body weight for overall strength and toning.

Wake up, Strength up!
Friday 6am

Start your day off right with an early morning stretch & strength workout. Your instructor Jordan will flow through the morning with both dynamic and static stretching, to both lengthen and relax your muscles after the long week. The class will conclude with basic weighted exercises to develop functional strength.

This challenging cardiovascular activities utilizes stationary bikes that incorporate music to set the rhythm! Tempo, cadence and resistance mimic terrain changes found in biking outdoors making the exercise enjoyable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

This class is all in the name! Start your morning with 45 minutes of fusing together multiple exercises to keep a fresh mix of muscle movements.

Wednesday 12pm

A mix of cardio, core, and strength exercises both using weights and body weight movement to engage various muscle groups all during one class.

Tuesday and Thursday 7pm

Zumba exercise classes are “fitness-parties” that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.

Improve your Metabolic efficiency in METCON with Ashley. Ashley will lead you through Strength exercises focusing on form as we explore the “AMRAP” (As Many Rounds As Possible) style workout.  All skill levels will be accommodated with modifications. These workouts will include Circuits, supersets, dropsets and more. So if you’re looking for something new, or just want to learn different techniques, this is the class for you!
