Quick and Easy Sauteed greens
Drizzle (approx. 1 tsp) of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
2+ handfuls of greens of choice ( I love spinach and kale mix! )
Drizzle olive oil in pan, heat at medium high heat until oil shimmers. Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add handfuls of spinach to pan and do not touch! After 1-2 minutes when you can begin to see greens wilting, toss greens until non-wilted greens are mixed in. Continue this process until all greens are wilted. Add to a dish as a green side or my favorite, add to roasted veg and avocado.
