Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/3 cup overnight oats

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. chia seeds

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

1 tsp. pure maple syrup

Optional topping: chopped nuts

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in an airtight container and store overnight in the fridge. Eat for breakfast the next morning with optional toppings of chopped nuts (pecans are my favorite!).
