Mary has spent all of her adult life dedicated to exercise and proper nutrition. Becuase of her passion towards fitness, in May of 2007 she became a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant. She believes that exercise is the best preventative medicine for both mind and body and they key for a healthier and happier life. Exercise helps control our stress levels while boosting our energy. It allows us to focus and think more clearly, ward of sickness, help control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Her goal is to teach and encourage others on how to achieve their fitness goals and to incorporate exercise as a part of their everyday lives.
