Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics Classes


Our Water Aerobics program offers a complete low-impact workout in the pool.  Work at your own intensity; modifications for all fitness levels.  No swimming skill required.  Also includes a cardio workout in deep water.  Use as much buoyance as wanted/needed.  Non-impact and joint friendly.  Classes are 45 minutes in length.

Many of our members asked for a more upbeat, high intensity water aerobics class and H2O Cardio will fit your needs. 


Monday and Wednesday:

Deep Water Power @ 5:30 pm--This is a high intensity low-impact workout that focuses on strength, endurance, and flexibility.  The cardiovascular component will get your heart pumping as you move between shallow and deep water exercises.  Participants will need to be comfortable being in deep water with or without buoyancy. 

Tuesday and Thursday:

Deep Water Power @ 8:30 am--This is a high intensity low-impact workout that focuses on strength, endurance, and flexibility.  The cardiovascular component will get your heart pumping as you move between shallow and deep water exercises.  Participants will need to be comfortable being in deep water with or without buoyancy. 

Easy on the Joints @ 10:00 am--This class offers a complete low-impact workout in the pool.  Work at your own intensity; modifications for all fitness levels.  No swimming skill required.  Also includes a cardio workout with a deep water option.  Use as much buoyancy as needed/wanted. 

Friday: 

Deep Water Power @ 8:30 am-- This is a high intensity low-impact workout that focuses on strength, endurance, and flexibility.  The cardiovascular component will get your heart pumping as you move between shallow and deep water exercises.  Participants will need to be comfortable being in deep water with or without buoyancy. 

Saturday:

H20 Cardio @ 8:00 am-- This water aerobics class will be sure to give you a great workout.  With the emphasis on cardiovascular exercise we will be looking to get your heart pumping and your body moving through the water in both shallow and deep water.  Participants will need to be comfortable being in deep water with or without buoyancy. 

Cost: Aquatics Add On  $30.00 per month.   Punch passes are available.
Drop in and take just one class - Members - $8 per class; Non-Members - $10 per class
