Water Aerobics Classes

Our Water Aerobics program offers a complete low-impact workout in the pool. Work at your own intensity; modifications for all fitness levels. No swimming skill required. Also includes a cardio workout in deep water. Use as much buoyance as wanted/needed. Non-impact and joint friendly.
Two Sessions per week:
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am - 9:15 am
Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am- 10:45am
Cost: Members $60 Non-members $75
Session runs for 5 weeks starting on July 7th and ending on June 30th.
