Therapy Pool
Therapy Pool is now FREE for members.
Unlike hot tubs and jucuzzis known for their water jets and 102° temperatures, the Therapy Pool contains still water kept between 90-92°. The small, private therapy pool features a variety of depths and steps to accommodate physical therapy and exercise. Water therapy may improve functions such as bending, reaching, and breathing, and can help the body heal after surgery or other injury. It also relaxes the muscles and makes movement easier. This small pool has a maximum occupancy of 4, and each swimmer is limited to 30 minutes. A certified lifeguard is on-duty at all times.
