Women and Weights with Alina Rounds
The American College of Sports Medicine recommends doing resistance exercises twice per week to maintain a healthy body. This 50 minute class will help you meet this goal by using your own body weight, dumbbells, balls and bands to perform a full body workout. Come and improve your balance and bone density while increasing your metabolism to burn more calories at rest, all while having fun, challenging yourself and working out with friends.

Cardio Mix with Cathy Neronski
This class provides a mix of cardio - including hi and low impact aerobics and kickboxing moves - and time on the floor toning abs.
Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm and Saturday 7:30 am - 8:30 am

Pilates with Mary Richardson-
Pilate's principle is to condition the entire body using proper alignment, centering, concentration, and control. This class is a challenging 45 minute--full body workout designed to strengthen the large group of muscles in the center of the body. It is based on everyday movements and strength building exercises while utilizing your own body weight.

Weightless Body Sculpt with Jeff Daubney-
Using only your body weight, engage in a series of exercises designed to burn calories and help you create the lean look. In this boy-weight training class, you will learn exercises that you can do anywhere, but with the added benefit of motivation and direction from an instructor. All boy areas will be engaged and people of all fitness levels are welcomed.

Senior Fitness with Carol and Frank
As you grow older, leading an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise helps seniors maintain health, boost energy and improve confidence. If you’re thinking of beginning a fitness routine and wondering where to start, this is the class for you! No matter your age, health status or fitness level, you can benefit from moving more. Whether you are healthy in general or are managing an illness, there are many ways to get more active and boost your fitness levels. This class is a great way to begin! It will be very low impact and will include activities to improve strength, aerobic fitness, balance, and flexibility.

Cardio Boxing with Jeff Daubney
A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts, cardio boxing is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Cardio Boxing classes can be a great alternative for people who have become bored with traditional cardiovascular activities—such as walking or jogging on the treadmill.

Punch Pass:
A ten visit PUNCH PASS may be purchased for those who would like the flexibility to come and go as their schedule allows, or the opportunity to attend a multitude of classes; the cost of this 10-Visit Pass is $60 for Members and $80 for non-members.
