Raja Yoga with Rose Parish
Raja yoga is a mixture of poses and easy, intermediate and power yoga techniques. Raja yoga is an excellent way to lighten the mind and to strengthen and replenish the bodys energy. Give yourself the gift of maintaining mental and physical health.

Women and Weights with Dawn Zombeck
The American College of Sports Medicine recommends doing resistance exercises twice per week to maintain a healthy body. This 50 minute class will help you meet this goal by using your own body weight, dumbbells, balls and bands to perform a full body workout. Come and improve your balance and bone density while increasing your metabolism to burn more calories at rest, all while having fun, challenging yourself and working out with friends.

Balance and Mobility Program with Frank
This program is designed to work on fundamental functional balance and mobility skills which will help in everyday activities. Initially all participants will undergo a screening which will include a Health and Activity Questionnaire, Berg Balance Scale, and Senior Fitness Test. These tests will assess strength and weakness to determine the correct exercises for each participant. Activities include Strategy Training, Gait Pattern Enhancement and Variation Training. Exercises will be worked through in a logical, progressive sequence.

Core Solutions with Dawn Zombeck
This 45 minute class is designed to decrease back pain, increase flexibility, improve your balance and strengthen your core through the use of traditional Pilates mat work, a few Yoga poses and good old fashioned floor work. Dawn instructs this class in a multi-level fashion, so whether you're an advanced exerciser or a beginner, you will be able to participate and enjoy.
Tuesday and Friday 7:15 am - 8:00 am
Interval Class with Dawn Zombeck
This fast paced 45 mintue class alternates between cardio spurts and resistance training. The goal is to keep your heart rate up while burning tons of calories. This class will be taught so all levels of exercisers can attend.
Wednesday: 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm.
Cardio Mix with Cathy Neronski
This class provides a mix of cardio - including hi and low impact aerobics and kickboxing moves - and time on the floor toning abs.
Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 8:45 am
With non-dance, easy to follow moves, this 45 minutes class will keep you moving from the low end to the high end of your target zone. Cardio Blast will use a mixture of low impact, plyometrics, step and the bosu to help you burn the fat and improve your cardiovascular and pulmonary system.

Cost:
The cost for a full 5-week session of individual fitness class is $40 for members or $55 for non-members.
A ten visit PUNCH PASS may be purchased for those who would like the flexibility to come and go as their schedule allows, or the opportunity to attend a multitude of classes; the cost of this 10-Visit Pass is $60 for Members and $80 for non-members.
*Classes that meet only once per week cost $20 for members and $35 for non-members
