Who are the EdgarMay trainers?

Mallory Peterson: B.S Exercise Science, ACSM Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor. After receiving her degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota, she continued her education receiving certifications. Her passion lies with yoga and the outdoors.  She enjoys sharing her fitness knowledge and experience with others.  She finds it is most important to discover movement that fits the individual’s personal style so that exercise feels less like a “have to” and more like a “want to.”  The idea is to stay creative and integrate fitness as a lifestyle change promoting healthy body, mind, and spirit.

Nancy Schaefer: B.S Health Sciences, AFAA Personal Trainer, Yoga Certified. Nancy has worked in the health industry for 15 years promoting healthy lifestyle skills through a variety of venues.  She enjoys empowering clients by reconnecting them to their bodies with exercise and nutrition.  She “loves to work myself out of a job!” by providing others with the tools they need in order to have a healthier lifestyle.  Helping a client succeed is her greatest passion.

Mary Richardson: A.C.E Personal Trainer, Nutrition Consultant. I have spent all of my adult life dedicated to exercise and proper nutrition. Because of my passion towards fitness, in May of 2007 I became certified as personal trainer and nutrition consultant. I believe that exercise is the best preventative medicine for both mind and body and the key for a healthier and happier life. Exercise helps control or stress levels while boosting our energy.  It allows us to focus and think more clearly, wards off sickness, helps control blood sugar and cholesterol levels.  My goal is to teach and encourage others on how to achieve their fitness goals and to incorporate exercise as a part of their everyday lifestyle.

Carolyn Scott: IFA Personal Trainer, Step Certified, Cardio Kickboxing Certified, Group Exercise Certified.  Carolyn has been active in the Fitness Industry for over eight years. She is an IFA Certified Personal Trainer and has made her passion for fitness her own personal mission. She has instructed in several fitness centers and has trained clients privately in the Vermont, New York, and New Hampshire areas. Carolyn personally designs workout plans to use diverse equipment and techniques to create focused, yet fun workouts." I believe fitness and good health is the key to a sound body and mind. There are no miracle diets, and no magic pills to make your fitness goals come true; it comes simply from true desire, work, and dedication.”
