WHAT PERSONAL TRAINING IS ALL ABOUT
Everyone can benefit from a personal training session, regardless of your current fitness experience or age. A Personal Trainer is a certified coach, role model, educator, and motivator who will help you customize a workout program to meet your needs at your pace. A trainer can help set and identify realistic goals for both your health and your fitness. They can guide you on how you can improve your current program, train you for a specific event or competition, or help first-timers learn the basics of exercise. A training session can lead you towards positive and long-lasting lifestyle changes.
INCLUDED IN YOUR PROGRAM
- 60-minutes of one-on-one time with a certified Personal Trainer.
- An initial consultation to discuss goals, injuries, and any medical considerations.
- A fitness evaluation including cardiovascular testing, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.
- Body composition assessment to take basic measurements, heart rate, weight, and percent body fat.
- A program to meet your individual needs and goals personalized just for you.

TRAINING PACKAGES
Level I “Introduce”: $45 - One Session
This Level I introductory training package will provide one visit with a personal trainer. The evaluation will give both the trainer and the client an idea of where he/she stands, as well as provide a baseline from which to measure improvements. Following the evaluation, the client and trainer will discuss goals and develop a workout that’s specifically tailored to ensure those goals are met.
Level II “Educate”: $200 – Five Sessions
This Level II option offers a great amount of flexibility, as the sessions can be spread out and used at the client’s convenience. The trainer will educate them with valuable advice on the proper form and technique needed to maximize their workouts, as well as be a coach and spotter. This level II package allows more time for the body to adapt and allow a trainer to make adjustments to the program as progress is made with the client.
Level III “Commit”: $840 ($280/mo.) for 3 months
With a Level III commitment program the trainer and client will meet twice a week for three months. This package will guarantee success, knowledge, and progression. It offers and opportunity to really connect with a trainer and see the adaptations being made with an exercise program. If health and success are what you seek, this is the perfect package to lead you down the right path.
