High School Boot Camp
Need to make the TEAM? Want to stay fit over the summer? Get ready for fall sports now! If you are interested in maintaining and/or increasing your conditioning then you need to attend this camp. This Boot Camp is an intensive conditioning program for young men and women ages 14 and older. Several different instructors will be invovlved to give participants a variety of experience and skill.

Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Session 1: July 7-11 7am-9am
Session 2: July 14-18 6pm-8pm
Session 3: July 21-25 7am-9am
Session 4: July 28-Aug 1 6pm-8pm
Session 5: Aug 4-8 7am-9am
Cost:
members: $65 per session
non-members: $80 per session
