Fitness Assessments
Goal setting is an essential beginning to any successful exercise regimen. It is easiest to set goals when you have a point from which to begin. To find out where you stand, meet with a certified personal trainer to complete a series of fitness tests. We offer testing combinations for youth, general population, advanced/athletes, and seniors.
Various Tests include: Height/Weight, Body Composition (Body Fat %), Cardiorespiratory Endurance/Aerobic Capacity, Muscular Strength and Endurance and Flexibility.
Fitness Tests take roughly about 30 minutes to complete.
Cost: $15/session
Also, track your progress along the way by participating in fitness tests every 3 months!
You will receive a comprehensive packet complete with test results and comparisons to the average population and your peers (of the same gender and age).
