SVHRC Boot Camp
The SVHRC Boot Camp is a fast paced interval training class that incorporates calisthenics and football style drills. It alternates quickly between movements to help burn calories and fat FASTER! Participants that complete the class will receive a “I survived BOOT CAMP at the SVHRC” t-shirt. This class is offered at 5:30 AM and is designed to get you day started with a bang!
This class will be offered on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30am-6:40am. Pre-registration is a must for this intensive class. The five week class costs $150.

What type of people can I expect to meet at Boot Camp?
You'll meet individuals just like yourself: People who seek discipline in an organized group, who want to do something different… and who appreciate a challenge!
Will I be sore?
In a word, yes. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. However, once you acclimate to the program, you'll feel sore less often throughout the remaining weeks. Remember, it's a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.
What items will I have to purchase?
We ask that you have a good pair of athletic shoes and light boots, if possible as well as water.
Do you have a refund policy?
No, we don't offer refunds. If you miss time due to business travel, vacation, or illness, .there is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable. Individual boot camps work on a set schedule.
Do we still work out when it's raining?
Absolutely! Rain or shine, we are working out! This is boot camp, where a little rain never hurt anyone!
How long is the boot camp?
Boot Camp Work Outs are approx 60-70 minutes, if you can last that long.
How many weeks?
5 week sessions
Do you buy as many sessions as you want?
Boot Camp Work Outs are 4 days a week for 5 weeks. Results come from making a commitment.
This course commitment is only $150.00 for 5 weeks for SVHRC Members or $225 for non-members.
