PAGING GUIDELINES
• The childcare provider may have a staff member contact the parent at any time regarding the status of his or her child. For example, if the child is inconsolable, if the child is displaying inappropriate behavior or if the child seems to be ill.
• Children whose behavior is unruly, negatively affects other children or threatens the safety of the group may be asked to leave. Parents will be contacted to remove their child. If unacceptable behavior is chronic, the child may lose eligibility to participate in the child care service.
• For reasons of health and sanitation, our staff will not change diapers. Changing tables are located in the “Family Changing Area” and the Locker Rooms for your convenience. We will page you if your child needs a change during their stay. If the child's clothes are wet or soiled, a change of clothes must be put on the child before returning to the child care (including, shoes if necessary).
• Parents will be contacted if their child needs to use the bathroom, due to limited staffing.
• Parents will always be contacted in an emergency situation.
