Slowing down the pace while on the BOGA board is a challenge for your core as well as your balance. Each class begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool down.

This one-hour class focuses on muscle and strength development through a series of body weight exercises using the instability of the FITMAT on water. Each class begins with a warm-up, progresses to a challenging workout and is followed by a cool-down to recover. BRO-GA takes place twice a month on Monday evenings 7:00 - 8:00pm. *Pre-register for this popular class since there are only nine (9) spots available each session.
