Whole Wheat Apple Nut Muffins

Makes approximately 15 muffins. Dry ingredients 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. ground cinnamon ½ tsp. all-spice ½ tsp. salt ½ cup roughly chopped nuts Wet ingredients 3 large eggs 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (substitute alternative oil) 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract 2 cups grated apple (about 2 apples) Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray or fill with liners. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. In medium bowl whisk together all wet ingredients.
