Creamy Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened nut milk ¼ cup chia seeds 1 tbsp. flax meal 1 tbsp. hemp seeds 1 tsp. vanilla extract ¼ tsp. cinnamon Optional toppings: nut butter, nuts, fresh berries, fresh fruit, cinnamon, coconut, coacoa nibs etc. Directions Combine all ingredients in air-tight container, mix or whisk well. Store in fridge overnight or at least 1 hour until creamy. Enjoy the next morning as a nutrient rich breakfast topping with anything of your choosing.
