Sweet Treat Alternatives

For those of you that joined us for the 13th Annual Dam Run you may have noticed that we decided to change up the typical "post run" food offerings to promote healthier alternatives. It's a reminder that we don't just promote exercise, but instead we want you to consider all the components that make up your wellness, including the obvious, what we eat! Aside from our freshly blended smoothie bowls, we offered quick, sweet, and easy energy bites. A grab and go snack loaded with whole "super" foods that not only satisfy a craving, but fuel you up without the quilt.
