Join us for a FREE day of exciting health and wellness activities at the Edgar May Health and Recreation Center and Studio Momentum. Come try out the facility, our classes, programs, pools, and equipment. Everything is FREE all day! We will be providing tours of the facility, raffles, demonstrations and much more.

7:00 AM Masters Swim Group in the Lap Pool. Our Masters Swim group is an adult swimming group that aims to improve swimming technique and endurance.
7:30 AM TRX at Studio Momentum. TRX, or suspension training, is a unique training method for a full workout incorporating flexibility, strength, core, and cardio. For an all-around tone and fat burn, TRX is definitely the way to go.
8:30 AM Spinning at Studio Momentum. This indoor cycling workout utilizes a simple set of movement, hand positions and heart rate training to deliver a personal empowerment and unparalleled fitness results.
8:00 AM Aqua Exercises for Chronic Pain with Kim in the Therapy Pool.
10:00 AM New Year, New Workout in the Fitness Center. Come learn a workout routine to kick-off your New Year’s Resolution.
10:00 AM Youth Swim Team Practice—Come try out a practice with our youth swim team the Stingrays!
10:00 AM Open Play for Kids at Studio Momentum. Kids 5 and under are welcome to come in our indoor play space featuring tumble mats, exercise balls, climbing structures, foam blocks and soft balls, parachute lay and much more.
11:30 AM Turbo Kick with Krista at Studio Momentum. Ready to become a total knockout? Get in the zone and experience the ultimate cardio-kickboxing class. No bags. No gloves. Just challenging, FUN boxing combos choreographed to the hottest music mixes. You’ll build strength and endurance, scorch hundreds of calories, and bond with fellow Turbo fanatics in this 45-minute, total-body workout. From the amped-up music to the incredible energy, you’ll leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything! Great for all fitness levels!.
1:00 PM Total Body Tone with Kim at Studio Momentum. Spend 45 minutes working your entire body! This high energy training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization using your own bodyweight and limited equipment, so you can duplicate every workout at home or on the go. Variety every time, hit all 3 classes a week to build and maintain a strong and lean physique.
