Our facilities offer aquatic, cardiovascular, and strength-training exercise in a welcoming, fun, and educational environment. SVHRC Offers Summer Boot Camp

The Southern Vermont Health and Recreation Center is offering a new and exciting way to work out: BOOT CAMP. Boot camp is an intense way to challenge participants into better fitness, weight loss, and endurance.
